Loved the art and sound in this one!
I know you said the idea was to learn as you go, but maybe it's just bc its 12am here but i really could not figure out how to get the glowy square to stay there in ur second screenshot. A little extra 'how to do x' wouldve been a nice to have
that said, once that's cleared up i can definitely see this getting expanded into a proper little game, so great work with it! Good job :D
