About the christmas desire, you'll have to buy a specific item from the furniture store in Pallymore and have a specific weather condition on that day!

I was confused for a long time haha. just wondering though, it would be cool if in the menu screen the boys info were in portrait and had their full body instead of just their heads? Itd be really cool to see them fully for once, and for costumes and stuff itd probably work better? Ill post an image of what i mean from another game also using rpg maker for reference (it looks really good!):

About the fullbody portraits, I can see it in the game and it's a pretty sweet idea. I think I've seen a plugin like that before. If I'm able to find my way around it, I might implement that soon!
There actually already is an item that induces arousal! However, as of now there aren't many places to find it. The item is the "dirty mag" and you can use it on your desires in the menu! If you use cheats, you can also get it under the "gift" category for lanch though.
For haircuts, down on the map are three stools, the far left one is the one you take a seat on! When you're on the seat, you have to click once more and then you should get the dialogue.
