The backstory is so sad, Music choice is on point, if you ever update after the jam id recommend more feedback on tapping the beats like a little audio cue to let you know you hit the note. Also F2 for controls wouldnt work for me i had to figure it out myself. Overall its a really nice short game!

The controls were easy to understand, the game was short, I would like more options, such as changing the music. However, I liked this game, thank you.

If you have time, I would be very grateful if you could rate my game as well 😊

Thank You @gumovakachnicka for playing the game. Thank You. It is possible to change music and add custom beats to musics, and even change poses and face expressions, Without changing any js codeU can move ur song to  Assets folder, and change the name of the song to load in index.html.  U can find time data with timestamps (minute: seconds . milliseconds) in files like Notes-Data for notes/beats, and more with pose-data, face-data for character etc... I just think it will be tedious to do it as, current music has 130ish beats. and took me more than half of the time developing this game in just placing and testing beats. Thank You for playing, I have play ur game Door Loop, Nice Movement for main character...

Nice little game, really enjoyed the different poses he's pulling and the idea that he keeps going even though no ones there. Whenever there was text alongside the notes that text was a little blurry (and the text was unecessary except for the hold ones) based on the speed it was going across the screen and the small amount of space it takes up on the screen itself. Also there's no negative consequences for missing a note or having terrible timing, none of my actions are affecting the music in any way. I appreciate you can't re-record an entire piece of classical music but maybe some extra samples of violins playing screechy notes or audience yawning/booing sounds (i know there's no audience) or other orchestral off/bad notes that are triggered when the player fails.

Thank You @MorningStarStudios for playing. Thank You so much.  For the issues u mentioned, The text is blurry beacause i have an upscaler that upscales image by 4x from original sprites. hence the sprites, look big with intention of showing Benjamin's Face and Expressions. But it also messes with Text, which are drawn before upscaling.  As, Point that  there is no miss or terrible timing, Its intentional. Scoring doesn't matter. Even the player leaves, poor Benjamin will be playing the music still. Also, No I haven't produced the audio nor am i even a beginner musican. I used a public domain one. THANK YOU

The setting is so awesome, the musician playing the same music forever goes so hard as a concept. I liked how the character changes the poses to the beat.

Though you can gain score by spamming spacebar and ignoring the rhythm, you might want to fix that by not registering score if the player presses too early.

Thank you @LittlePotato for playing this game. I do agree with ur point that the game doesn't have that much depth and precision with hitting the notes. Rythm Games are not my Strong suite ( I never played a rythm game, rather watched other play it like trumpt boy), rather more like a Narrative game. And Sure after the Jam Reviews I will update the game, with a harder and precise gameplay. and More animation, as while developing towards the end of jam I felt burnout, and didn't implement that many poses or faces. THANK YOU
