This was made in Godot, you can tell by the loading screen. GameMaker has a unique loading screen for browser games and so does Godot.

No, I didn't notice either. But I read your comment, and as a Gamemaker user myself I was certain it wasn't Gamemaker, and I checked and there was a convenient image right there, so yeah.
