So you fly out and catch beetles and worms. Ideally you catch 3, as you can carry up to 3 and this is more efficient. Then you fly back to your nest and give them to the chicks. If you have trouble getting them big enough, focus on one first. Big enough means they get feathers. Make sure to speed up properly when going back and forth. Also, you can fly to the left and right.
