Seemed to crop weird in my browser causing the game to sadly be unplayable.
What resolution is your monitor? Is the browser window in full screen or windowed mode? Also, what kind of browser are you using?
While I'm unsure how to adjust the placement of the game window, you could try zooming out (ctrl + scroll down) to make the game visible. I also noticed that the window sometimes has a horizontal scroll for some people in case that helps.
