Cubot is trained in a series of test loops that reset and grow harder with each completition. A core mechanic lets him loop around the screen by exiting one side and re-entering from the other

I was looking for a quick review in the random ordering list and found this game
I’m happy I did, this was a fun platforming! I really liked it, it’s simple but good, I liked it so much I went for the 0 iterations run and I did it after some attempts. Sadly I wanted to update my Rieux highscore but it didn’t let me, I tried another name and also it didn’t update. I think it’s the only “bug” I find in the game
Everything else feels good, I like the progression in the level difficulty, the last level is the difficult one and can kill the 0 iterations run but since the game it’s too short, it’s ok or it doesn't hurt the gameplay, each run of 1+ minute haha. Also once you have the double jump, you can skip half of the 1st screen haha
The visuals are good and I really like the song, it doesn’t feel repetitive and it’s good. All feels coherent and great together
I would like to see more levels and more difficulty, I feel with the physics of this game it can have more hard levels without feeling unfair. Great and fun game! ^_^
I just see the comment about looking at the menu screen after finish the game, nice last secret screen!
I think the only "bad" part is the 1st jump, it can feel a bit blind but the rest of the level it's good, nice difficulty :D

about the leaderboard, sadly there seems to be an issue with the entries, as you said, sorry that you lost your good run! :( BUT I believe the issue is fixed if you reload the entire page, at least for me I then was able to update my entry! and also, yea, there are some shortcuts to take for speedrunning in the later loops. ;)
Aaand: congrats on getting the secret skin! we believe not many figured that out lol.

Holyyy this is polished! The artwork and animation is really gorgeous. The level design is so sick too. I love the way it iterates on the level over and over, I got such a kick out of seeing the small changes have big impacts.
I saw a few other people comment about the dash so I wanted to share - it took me a few goes to figure it out because you need to get up there, pick up the upgrade, double jump, and dash at the right time. As far as I can tell its working fine, just a little tricky to get the hang of.

I was pressing shift but nothing would happen. tried it while in the air and while moving
The dash is enabled by collecting the dash module, did you maybe not collect it yet? 😅 That's the only thing that comes to my mind. ^^
