ah yes, development hell… designing difficulty

Very well polished, and amazing art! I wish the levels were a tad bit more forgiving, though.

I would appreciate it if you would check out my entry as well \/

To get the top-middle coin you need to find a way to slow down. Perhaps by going the other way, then switching back?

You can use the number keys to more quickly select items, if that helps.

Click on the desired item on the toolbar, and click on where you want it to go. Do this BEFORE clicking the play button/pressing SPACE.

That’s an idea I’ve never thought of, using that background as a hint. I’ll think about adding it after the jam is over, if my team decides to continue to work on it :)

Ah, that one’s a bit tricky… can I see one of your current solutions?

Unfortunately you can’t detect right click in scratch :(

But you can use the “1” key to quickly switch to eraser if you have a keyboard.

what form do you think the hints should take? Maybe outlines of where things should go, or maybe text hints?

very smooth and addictive game! Rated.

I would appreciate it if anyone would try and rate my entry as well \/

Okay great game, but it doesn’t feel like it was made specifically for this jam. I think the connections to “loop” are a bit too loose, but that’s just my opinion. Nice job anyway.

I would appreciate it if you tried and rated my entry as well! \/

The idea is kind of like my entry! But executed in a very different way. Very nice levels and smooth artwork (except for some gaps between tiles), good job :)

Most sounds are from scratch actually, and the game was made in scratch :)

Thanks for the constructive feedback :D

Which level was that? All levels are intended to create looping solutions.

the AI is well-made! I always loved playing this game when I was younger :)

I would appreciate it if you checked out my entry as well! \/

nicely polished! But it took me a little bit to figure out all the rules of the game world. There is a bug where a newly added boy segment doesn’t immediate blend correctly with the rest of the body until it moves again, but otherwise well done!

I would appreciate it if you tried and rated my entry too :) \/

Very cute and unique game! Rated :)

Really fun to see the physics in this game! My timing had to be completely rewired for this one. Animations are great as well!

Really clever level designs! This is not an easy game to complete.

I got a bug on a level with two players, where one of them reached the portal and the other died and respawned. The respawned one died immediately after any movement.

Please try and rate my game as well! \/

Thank you! I’ll check out your entry as well :)

Very fun/funny game to play… I just love seeing all those clones working together perfectly when I solve the puzzle! And of course descending into chaos when I don’t.

I would appreciate it if anyone would rate my game too! \/

Nice! The level difficulty is well-crafted.

Yeah, only specific sounds were repeatedly being converted to 0 length sounds when the page was refreshed for some reason. I think you know of me because my game Shorebound was featured and favorited by griffpatch… or because I’ve won a couple Griffpatch Academy game jams… or maybe because I was the very first of the 3 current moderators on griffpatch academy (lots of griffpatch-related things lol).

(Also it would be appreciated if you checked out my entry, if you haven’t already!)

this is a fun game with interesting and well-excepted graphics!

Thanks! We were planning to have a lot more placeable tiles and features… but this is a game jam, so, oh well. I’ll ask the others if they want to keep working on it after the jam :D

Hi! Fellow scratcher 1_dimensional here. This entry is really well made, and I expect a YouTube video to be out soon lol :)

Just be aware that the sounds doesn’t work, and are represented by annoying clicking. This often happens with gandiIDE, if that’s what you used. My team had the same problem.

wow I got to 1000 clicks

the gameplay was fun and the difficulty curve was executed well! The art could have been worked on a bit more though.

I think the core idea behind this is a kind of generic, but you’ve executed it really well. This was fun :)

Thanks :)

I’ll be sure to check out your entry!
