If someone is into air inflation as me, I could help by drawing and animating female characters in simple pixel art. You may look at few animations that I've made on my DeviantArt page and in a game on my Itch page.
I'm not a fan of weight gain, but I may be ok with drinking liquids (although air would be more preferable).
