While it is impressive what you achieved with Pulp, it’s been frustrating to play. The description made this game sound like a sci-fi exploration and discovery game but so far it’s mostly trying to make it through rooms with precision accuracy or you have to repeat the room over and over again. Unfortunately I’m not having fun with it. I bought it on Catalog.

The hitboxes on the enemies can be a little extreme. And the crank part can be frustrating for some. I’d say there are techniques to it - and it does become quite easy having been the person that played the levels repeatedly. But that would also be a fault in testing, I should have tested with more fresh players.  If you can manage it through, the second half of the game is not timing pressured at all.

I just got the Catalog update and the timing is so much better, it’s playable (and much fairer) now. I really appreciate the quick response, thank you!

Update: I was very confused by this room until I discovered something can be moved. Interesting.

Ah great to hear - thanks for the feedback, it makes it much easier to improve the game, so I'm glad you did. Hope you enjoy the rest of it.

In case you're interested, I had to make some small updates, so I also made some other quality of life ones too. The creatures now move much more slowly, and the crank section is much less time pressured. Update should hit Catalog in the next day or so - 1.0.5.
