What about people who already paid for the game on itch .

maybe steam keys would be nice

(1 edit) (+1)

Is this even on Steam? If so, is it still on Steam? (As a German, I honestly wouldn't know.)

Might One instead suggest GoG Keys? At least I can get muh Gooner fix there, unlike Steam

Also, just because the current version is free, well what about the next version?

I'm betting they will go back to paid versions, if itch pulls its head out of its ass. I think with the itch censorship disaster, this is an attempt to boost exposure, since the platform will reindex all games if they are free with no pay options. Sadly steam is also doing the same censorship BS

To be fair to Itch and Steam this is because of threats from Visa and MasterCard, and if either of those payment processors refuse to do business with you than you're just screwed.

Its a global comstock act no one voted for. After removing porn all they have to do is reclassify queer content as porn. Its incredibly common

Most queer content IS porn though, no hate or anything, its just how it is

Like me? Oh, I'm fine with this. Thanks for asking!

We're sorry to say we don't know how we will proceed with paid updates yet. Hopefully we can bring them back soon, but we'll have to wait a bit to make any further decisions.

Have you published this on GoG yet? There seems to be plenty of Itchy Games over there, so you'd wouldn't be lonely. And unlike here, or Steam they seemed to have weathered the Storm, so far. Also Steam bans the sale of these Games, in Germany so unless your gonna pull a Kagura Games style system sell a wholesome Game on Steam, and leave your Customers to download the Crunchy bits offsite. Your not going to be selling too many copies in Germany.

Again thankfully GoG doesn't seem to be suffering as badly here.

Not yet, but we're looking into it!

Seems like (For the moment), free stuff is back, but the paid content is still out of order. So with everything given, this is a pretty smart move. It will definitely put more eyes on this game, and that's no bad thing, as that was what Itch was designed to do..

I suspect like others, that once payment options get  figured out, this Window of opportunity will close, and the next update will be time-locked like it always was.

We'll still update the game here, and we'll try to figure something out. If the paid options return to Itch, we'll bring back the latest/free system. If they don't, we'll maybe give out gift subscriptions to Patreon or something.
