Just saw that games are being reindexed. Although only free games.

Yes, had to set the game to be free for it to appear again. Support is still possible through Patreon and SubscribeStar so it's fine! :)

Will it be paid in the future, and if I install it while free will I have to pay for it once paid NSFW games become listed again?

It was never paid, it was just set to free with the option to leave a tip. So no, it won't become fully paid in the future.

Itch has 3 choices : free without tip, free with OPTIONAL tip and paid...

With the Collective Shout/Credit card issue, itch had to deindex all AVN then reindexed those who are only Free with no optional tip (as these don't allow any interaction with Paypal/Credit Card/...)

Until the whole issue is fully solved, the authors who want to be reindexed on itch have to switch to Free without the "tip" option... and use other services in order to be supported (Patreon for example).

You have other AVN who did the same (remove the optional tip to be reindexed).

Hell yeah! It's a step in the right direction! Not a huge step, but a step nonetheless. Anything to get things back to how they were before... I wanna say around... 2021 or so (?) is a step in the right direction.
