I've figured it out, the Android versions are weird when Auto-Rotate isn't enabled.
The Screen button on the Title seems to force the game's graphics to fit into X-percentage of the current screen size, stretching them if the phone screen is in the portrait position (such as when Auto-Rotate is disabled).
The best fix I can recommend would be to rewrite how the Android code works for the aspect ratio; specifically having the game force landscape mode and automatically make the app fullscreen.
Obviously, you don't have to do this and may not want to for your own reasons, but I thought it'd be worth saying as this is an annoying side-effect of how the current code is written.
