Update, it has reappeared on day 20 after receiving the new potion. It wouldn't disappear when reloading the day, but it didn't reappear after getting to day 21 and reloading the previous day.

What’s happening is when boobs shrink, it also un-bimbofies; which triggers putting default descriptions into the potions instead of “ditzy” descriptions, but the default values weren’t resetting properly!
