I haven't found anyone better than Khdarr for economics
According to my notes (which are a bit hastily done, so there's definitely a chance I have some errors), Ozara performs better then Khdarr at economics with a 75.
There’s a lot of assassination attempts after reaching for all of the people with big numbers, compared to when I was just looking for friendly ministers without red flags. I’ll try to map out cliques to see if there’s a collection of good enough ministers without the infighting.
