Clarification:

1.2 Each player discards, plays facedown, plays their tarot, then passes to the next player. This is done one at a time starting with the first player. This gives every player after the first player an advantage as they can see the tarot the player before them plays. This also means the first player gets to activate a tarot first, giving them an advantage in the activation phase.

Conbini is an optional rule that can work with almost every version of Fukuzatsu (though it's designed for the vanilla version.) It is a very fun rule that I recommend though.

Ok, so one player at a time in specific order can do all those actions - up to two discards and play, put tarot.

In my opinion it is better wording the way you described it to me now.

I was confused by 'decides to play or discard' as it would mean you do only one of those things. If you can do both of them, then why do I need to choose if I will have to play anyway?

Thank you for clarification! I haven't play it yet but I can't wait to! :-)

I will include conbini.

Hi NeonRot, me again 😅

Do I discard my second hand after a round or do I keep it for the next round, so I have more to choose from each round?

1.5 you 'draw cards into their primary Hand until they have at least 10 cards in their Primary Hand & 5 in their secondary.' so you keep any tarot in your secondary hand you haven't used and fill it up so you have 5 again. Generally this means draw 2 as you'll have played 2 but sometimes more will leave your hand. Also In the occurrence you have more than 5 in your hand you do not draw any.
