Unfortunately yes, but I feel ultimately you guys are fighting a losing battle. The entities behind these bans are Visa and MasterCard and love or hate them, they remain the only truly viable global payment system.
There are some niches here and there that offer alternatives including crypto, but these are generally very fragmented and/or complicated to go through payment for general commercial purpose.
As of now, the only way around this is to build up a common depository listing of adult games and allow gamers to link up to individual Patreon/SS/Kofi etc. sites. Something like Game Story Log is promising, but I think they still have quite a number of missing non-prominent games in their listing.
