Well, since you asked so nicely, let me tell you a secret:
In my original epilogue plan (that was scrapped since it's too long and I liked the epilogue with a fairytale-style better), Kaiden & Maya will meet again on a busy street many years later. Maya didn't notice at first and passed by him, but Kaiden stopped and looked back.
She remembered, he didn't.
However, he found her first.
When he approached her, she thought it was just another guy trying to hit on her and tried to wave him off.
He was awkward, she was annoyed.
Then she suddenly froze when she took a good look of his face.
Tears slowly rolled out from her big, wide eyes and he was stunned speechless.
He never thought there'd be a day where he could make someone cry with just a look.
The image will pan out as Maya hastily wiped her tears and said it's not his fault.
She then smiled and asked with slightly red eyes: "What's your name?"
...And that's it. As for the rest of their story... I'll leave it to your imagination ~
