That's a good idea. I understand that Japan's DLSITE adopts a similar system (creators can receive their sales revenue in points). However, I'm not sure if this can fully protect creators. It is possible to trace which game the coins originated from. If it's discovered that the coins came from an NSFW game, which is prohibited by payment processors, there's a high chance that cashing them out later could become difficult. Holding a large amount of coins that cannot be converted to cash wouldn't be very helpful for creators, in my opinion.
First: the payment system is not interested in anything that is not directly related to a specific transaction (further use of tokens sold by the site). Do not forget that the initial initiative to block came not from the payment systems, but from some crazy feminists from Australia, i.e. payment systems are also victims, they just got hit earlier and gave in under pressure. Therefore, it is unlikely that payment systems will show an active interest in the "further life" of tokens.
Second: I do not think that payment systems will want to spend time and money on investigations regarding the spending of purchased tokens and I seriously doubt that they even have the legal right to conduct such investigations.
I agree! I think if we have to purchase itch points with a card the system will tell them it's just itch points. plus you have to put in the card number and stuff that already holds your personal info. When it comes to cashing out, it should just be the transfer of itch points and not what the product is.
