  1.  Story line sounds interesting.
  2. Snake pups:  cute little snakes.
  3. I liked the graphics - and the extra touches like the grass moving when you move past.

 I didn't like the screen switching to white all the time with What is that?? - It's rough on my eyes to switch from a dark to white and I'd also like the encounters to be less shocking instead of what is that: You encounter a Barley. (And perhaps give me the option to run away.)

Definitely worth pursuing.

white-What is that-screen: Yes, now you mention it, does seem quite eye shocking... I also generally like having my screen brightness adjusted low to reduce shocks  like what you say, interesting/silly how I ignored it in my own game!  Yes - great feedback, something like that totally fits better with the overall feel I wanted to create.
