I like the visuals quite a bit even though it's simplistic. I like the momentum mechanics but I also think if you want to make it like a high-speed game you would need to play with the camera a lot, and that's a challenge on its own.

For this type of game, I think the arrow keys for movement would feel better. I was straining to keep the WASD pressed but also pressing the other buttons for other functions.
