Nutaku is on our list of potential websites we're going see about selling Uni on once it's completed.
For sites like that, that can reach a larger new audience I'd like the game to be as complete as possible for their first time experience. That's why our Steam page was going to be the public demo of the game and not the early access release version of the game.
Personally, I don't like Early Access for games, and if I could I'd release our games in a fully completed state from the get go with a demo beforehand. However, for independent game development it's just about the only way to get a game off the ground and running.
Your first experience with a game will always stick with you no matter how much it changes later on. Take No Mans Sky or Cyberpunk for example, games that released in horrible states and are STILL remembered for how horribly they launched.
Granted Cyberpunk still has it's issues that go beyond bugs, glitches, and poor QA, but that's a topic not meant for our itch comment section. XD
