All sorts of things broken right now. Even when receiving rewards things break. I went to redeem for Sato Something-or-another (Cleric, I can't remember her name) from the Tower yesterday and she never even appeared in my inventory. Just a complete waste of points. And I checked for like 10 minutes, taking the time to go through countless SH's.
Every single week for the last few months there's been something broken for a week or longer.
They never seem to forget their advertisements and I can spammed with half a dozen pop-ups every other minute, but they can't make ONE single pop-up that addresses issues?
Like I said, I just want to know if they are done caring about the game and only see it as a money farm right now. If that's the case then just come out and say it.
And I'm in the same bout as you. Almost TWO WEEKS now and I haven't been able to get my gems nearly the entire time. That makes it almost 40+ gems missed at this point. Not even including all the other crap that requires Boss Chests that can't be completed now. It really sucks.
