Just yesterday in both Daily quests " open 10 Boss chests" 3 Diamonds can't claim them.
and in Wheel of fortune quests, "Open 5 Boss chests" ...sigh
I have if memory serves 3.5 k BOSS chests. give or take, Piled up from when we would get hundreds of them from quest objectives in Dark Tower.
Now my second to last hero Takeda Ayame is not showing up with my heroes
she would right before momozono himeka I got both from Love Resort events a few weeks back.

All sorts of things broken right now. Even when receiving rewards things break. I went to redeem for Sato Something-or-another (Cleric, I can't remember her name) from the Tower yesterday and she never even appeared in my inventory. Just a complete waste of points. And I checked for like 10 minutes, taking the time to go through countless SH's.
Every single week for the last few months there's been something broken for a week or longer.
They never seem to forget their advertisements and I can spammed with half a dozen pop-ups every other minute, but they can't make ONE single pop-up that addresses issues?
Like I said, I just want to know if they are done caring about the game and only see it as a money farm right now. If that's the case then just come out and say it.
And I'm in the same bout as you. Almost TWO WEEKS now and I haven't been able to get my gems nearly the entire time. That makes it almost 40+ gems missed at this point. Not even including all the other crap that requires Boss Chests that can't be completed now. It really sucks.
