According to the statement they made related to all this shit with the nsfw tags "Affected accounts will be notified via their account’s email address from our support address. You can reply to that email if you have any follow up questions." If you can find that email it may help alleviate confusion and maybe bring the game back if you can convince them that this was a wrong termination. If what u say is true about ur game I hope u get it back up. If you didn't get some support email u should also try to find that email generally and send u complaint there though it is probably exploding rn
