Hello, I am very sorry for the delay in replying. Mmm... I am sorry, but I cannot think of how to fix the bug. It does not happen on Windows and I do not understand why it would happen on mobile using Joiplay. I am fixing a lot of bugs that have been reported to me, maybe one of them is the one that happens to you and it will be fixed in the next update, so my suggestion is to wait for the next update, which I hope to have soon. Sorry once again.

It will come out this month or next month at the latest, I'm really sorry for the delay. As for your second question, yes, I do need to make a guide at some point, but I honestly don’t know when I’ll be able to. I’ll try to make some time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

At what exact moment did that bug appear for you?

I’m afraid I still don’t know when exactly. I’m still not considering whether to keep the vroid style as until now, or replace it with realistic graphics or koikatsu anime to make my work easier. I’ll give you more information as soon as I can, sorry for the inconveniences.

I’ve fixed the interface issue when talking to Ayano, sorry about that.

As for the bug where Hana becomes invisible, I’ve searched everywhere but can’t find the cause — I don’t know why it fails.

Regarding the black heart events, they trigger as follows:

Aiko: by going to her house after 7 p.m.

Aoi: by going to her shop when it’s open.

Kuro: by going to her shop when it’s open.

Those are the girls I assume you’ve already unlocked

How strange. As I said, that bug isn’t happening to me. I’ll try to investigate it anyway. At least I’m glad it has a solution.

Excuse me, I just completed that quest and I didn’t turn invisible, I can’t find the bug you’re talking about. Could you please tell me exactly when it happened, after which conversation? Does it happen every time? Have you tried playing it again to see if it doesn’t happen? Are you playing the latest version?

Hello!

I’ve already fixed your save files! When you resume the game, please go to the town hall and select “Pending Payments.” Now they should tell you that everything is fine and that you can keep working. The bug was simple, and I’m afraid it had already appeared before, but I thought it was due to issues that were already solved and wouldn’t come up again. You have my word that in the next update, which will be today, I’m not only going to add more content to the game, but I’ll also make sure that bug can never appear again. Please check your save files and let me know if there’s any other problem, in which case I’ll help you as soon as I can.

Have a great day!

To fix that bug, I’m afraid that unless you have another save file where you can play without issues, you’ll need to send me your save to my Gmail. To do that, go to the directory where you downloaded the game, compress the entire “save” folder, and send it to: capkygames@gmail.com I’ll fix your save and send it back to you. Did that bug come up because you kept playing from an old save from some time ago? Or did you start a new one?

Hello! When did you download the game? Yesterday I released an update that should fix that bug, if it’s the one I’m thinking of. Could you try downloading the game again?

What's the problem? Any bug? Tell me and I'll fix It.

Since January I’ve been putting up with ALL my games being quarantined. They don’t just get quarantined when I update them—even fixing a typo on the game page is enough for them to be quarantined. That used to hurt me a lot more because it made my games not show up in the search lists. Now, what does it matter? For the past two or three months, not even NSFW games show up in the lists unless you make them free. But I keep receiving comments like this.

Let me be clear, I’m not criticizing this person nor am I complaining about them, of course. Their reaction is normal. The problem lies with the itch.io administration, who in January unfairly decided to put my account in quarantine and, 9 months and many tickets begging for help later, still haven’t paid any attention to me. It’s impossible they haven’t seen me. They’re not helping me because they can’t or don’t have time—not after 9 months. They’re not helping me simply because they don’t want to.

Why did they put my account in quarantine? Did I do something wrong? Maybe one of my games has something wrong and I need to fix it so my account can be released from quarantine? I don’t know! Do you know why I don’t know? Because the administration doesn’t tell me anything! They completely ignore me!

I’ve spent 9 months with my account in quarantine, and now all NSFW game developers have been waiting about 3 months for paid games or games that accept donations to reappear in the search lists. And all because the administration decided it was a good idea to betray a large part of their game developers in order to listen to some payment processors who have no right to decide which games you can buy and which you can’t.

I find it very hard to have empathy toward someone who treats not only me but also so many developers who have trusted itch.io to publish our games with such contempt.

I’m not bothering to post the last ticket I sent, nor am I going to open a new one. What for? Will they finally listen to me and help me in the tenth month with ticket number 10? No.

This message is not to ask for help. It’s to talk about my deep disappointment with the itch.io administration.

That’s all. Have a nice day.

That’s because the game is in quarantine. Since January of this year, all my games have been unfairly quarantined, and that warning message appears as soon as I modify them, even if it’s just to fix a typo on the game page. I’ve sent about a dozen tickets to support asking for help and opened threads in the forum, and from what you’re saying, they still haven’t helped me. At this point, I think the reason is simply malice from the administration toward me for unknown reasons.

Don’t worry, there’s no problem with my games—I wouldn’t have an account with over 1,000 followers, several published games, good ratings, and so many comments if my games had viruses.

Hello.

It’s been over a month, almost two, since all NSFW games were deindexed. I know that free games without donation options can appear in searches, but what about the others—what about paid games or those that accept donations? Do any of you know if there has been any progress on that? When might these games return to the listings?

Have a good day.

First of all, a clarification: Love's Heart is not on Steam and won’t be, because it was rejected. The game that is on Steam—and has just been released, in fact—is United by Love's Heart.

Answering your question, no, of course, you don’t need to buy it twice. If you buy it once on itch.io or on Steam, I’ll keep updating it on those platforms.

However, let me give you a recommendation: with how badly itch.io is treating game developers, I suggest you buy it on Steam and not here, because I can’t guarantee that in the future itch.io won’t unfairly ban my game here, preventing me from continuing to update it.

I will continúe It, but when I have more time, now I am with many games.

Thank you.

A few weeks ago itch.io banned two games from my account due to references to incest on the games’ pages. Those references have already been removed, so there is no mention of incest at all in my games. Could you please restore them? I need to recover them so that the people who paid for them can keep downloading them without paying again when I update them.

Ticket: 304141

Have a great day.

Oh, to be honest I didn’t know about GOG. Or, if I did, I didn’t remember it. I don’t know if it would be profitable for me to sell there, but I’ll look into it. Thank you very much for your suggestion.

Well, the difference also lies in the anime quality I can achieve. I mean, if this game used anime graphics commissioned from an artist, like Lesbian Island, then of course it would be ideal. But I don’t think the anime art I can get—both for the characters and for the sexual scenes—would be up to that level. Still, I’m continuing to weigh my options.

In the poll I did on my Patreon, everyone except one person voted that they prefer realistic art or don’t mind. Anyway, there aren’t many votes, and here two people have already asked me not to change it. So what I think I’m going to do is publish a demo of each of the two versions of my game on my other account, each with a different style. Then I’ll see which one gets more views and downloads, and which one catches people’s attention more.

Don’t you like realistic art? What’s wrong with it?

Thanks for your opinion, I’ll keep it in mind. I’m glad you like my game.

Thank you so much for your words, I’m really glad you like the concept so much!

The situation with itch.io isn’t great right now for releasing game updates, unfortunately, but I’ll do what I can.

Have a great day!

Yes, what that group is doing is shameful—acting like they are the moral authority and trying to decide what people can or cannot consume.

Thank you so much for your words. I am glad you have this stance—I completely agree with you.

I do not know GameJolt, but I will look into it. Thanks.

Well yeah, if the admins find out, they will ban my account xD

Sisterly Lust has been suspended, probably because of its incestuous content. Steam and itch.io policies have become much stricter regarding incest, unfortunately. I am really sorry for what happened to you; two of my games have also been banned from my account. This is an unfair disgrace.

Oh, yes, Project Yuri will be a paid game when it's released on Steam, although it will come with a demo to help you decide whether it's worth it or not.
If you're asking about United by Love's Heart (sorry, in the end I wasn’t sure which one you meant), it will have an early access version that will cost money, but there will be a demo that will keep getting updated, and the final game will be free.

Sorry, but I'm not sure I understood your message. If you're asking me whether this game is on Steam, no, I'm afraid it's not. Not yet.

If you're referring to United by Love's Heart, then yes, that game is on Steam:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3826340/United_by_Loves_Heart/

Thank you so much for your words. I'm still working hard, but honestly, the desperation is overwhelming.

Haha, that’s the spirit! Thanks for your support.

Thanks for your words.

If you want to play United by Love's Heart, you can — like I said, it’s on Steam and I’ll be releasing it soon: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3826340/United_by_Loves_Heart/

No, I’m not planning to switch platforms. I’m moving my games to Steam, and I trust that NSFW games will be available again on itch.io soon, though probably with stricter rules. Anyway, other people are already sharing my games on F95 and Lewdzone. I tried to post them on F95 myself, but it seems I can’t create threads, so for now I’m staying here.

United by Love's Heart was unfairly banned. It complies with all policies, and even Steam approved its release. If they don't reinstate it, it's out of malice, not because the game breaks any laws or violates any policies.

As for this game, the characters don’t attend any school, so there should be even fewer excuses to ban it. Therefore, there shouldn’t be any problems with this one.

Wow, you or whoever gathered all that information really put a lot of effort into it. The bad thing is I’m not from the United States, but I’ll do what I can.

Of course complaining helps. If you say nothing, it means you approve of the decision, and then there's no reason to change it.

The problem is if you only complain for a couple of days and then forget about it. For itch.io to seriously consider reversing the change, there would need to be real damage. How? By leaving itch.io, of course. For developers, removing our games and not publishing here anymore. Or at the very least, setting to 0% the share we donate to itch.io from each sale. For players, stopping the use of itch.io or at least no longer buying games there.

Will we do that? Some of us, yes. But probably not enough to cause real damage for itch.io to reverse the situation.

As for what you said at the end, yes, of course they'll bring back NSFW content. What they're doing now is reviewing all games and removing those that violate their recently tightened policies. When they're done, they'll bring back the rest. The problem is the damage they're doing to us, the developers, in the meantime—and the damage to our freedom. They've banned one of my games that doesn't break the rules at all, and they just didn't care.

The reason is simple: itch.io is doing this because they care more about money than about game developers. They’d rather keep a few banks happy—banks that would otherwise restrict payment options for players—than support the very developers who create the games those players are paying for. itch.io is an absolute disgrace. Thank you so much for your words — I’ll do what I can.

Of course, that was the first thing I did. After that, I came here to try and amplify my voice. Thanks for your words.

What a disgrace this is.

Apparently, no...
