What bar did you buy? I'll have a look on my end to see if I'm getting the same thing.
Here are some of the combos I've used that have the issue.
- Lizard PK-9.7 Kuzbass and 15.8 + Liquid Tank and Lizard Diesel Monitor 11LD625-2 in pull behind config (tank at back) as seen in the picture.
I also tried the same bars with the 6.5M3 front and swapped the configs on the bars to the pull between (bar at back) and experienced the same situation.
For the tank set up for the pull behind config the tube show up from the tank to the bar but nothing from the bar to the back hopper. I tested the 6.1 bar as well same situation.
I took off all mods and dlc's just incase (except for power tools) but same thing.

I've managed to fix the hoses on the front tank for now, but at this stage I don't know what to do with the hoses on the rear tank.
