alright long comment incoming but i pretty much completely disagree with you and i will tell you why :)
first, i can pretty confidently say you are NOT supposed to really enjoy that scene! sure it's a hot girl and her tits are out, but if you actually read the story and get immersed in the characters, fucking Nicole here is the BIGGEST RED FLAG EVER. Like, the MC just went through a really horrible night from hell trying to save the woman he loves. perhaps the only woman he has ever been IN LOVE with. we as readers might not really care for Irene since she's not really in the game but its super obvious that to MC she is his everything. he manages to get her back, luckily, but then finds out that the love of his life doesn't remember him, at all. not only does she not remember their entire relationship and love, but she also forgets her own twin. he also learns that she was essentially tortured for who knows how long, systematically given an illegal drug to MAKE her forget them. because of him, the woman he loves has been kidnapped and used as a pawn to lure him into their hands. all of this weighs SO heavy on MC that he literally breaks down. throughout the entire game, MC has been quite stoic and poised, and this woman brought him literally to his knees. and this isnt even the first time...he almost completely gave up and died from grief when she went missing. now, if all of this happened to you in one night, would you be down to fuck?? I know i sure wouldn't be.
if you choose to fuck Nicole, the MC even says MULTIPLE TIMES that this feels wrong. he is not in an emotionally mature enough space to treat Nicole like the treasure she is. he tries to push it down for her, because he cares for her, but it keeps bubbling to the surface, even while they are having sex. he literally sees Irene while he is inside Nicole. like, he cant even focus on the (LITERAL) goddess in front of him because of Irene. even if MC wasnt giving clues during the sex scene that he basically doesnt want to be here, the scene itself is offputting. you laid it out nicely, and pretty sure that's the point. the music is dark and uncomfortable, the atmosphere feels hostile, MC calls Nicole a psycho multiple times (not exactly wrong?). MC calls Nic all those names, (whore, psycho etc), chokes her, fucks her EXTREMELY hard, and treats her like a toy. yeah, after that pure night from hell i spelled out above, he fucks Nicole like a piece of meat because he is letting out all his emotions and rage. that's what she wants, she basically spells it out for him. she wants to be his outlet for his horrific night. it's not comfortable. it isnt supposed to be....
I get its a sex game and all that, and i'm a huge horndog who literally always pick sex when i can, but even my initial gut feeling when Nicole offered to be his rebound was NO. after all the emotional buildup you mentioned, this scene doesn't make sense and i think that's the point, truly. this scene was wrong, it was the wrong choice to have sex with Nicole here. after the scene, the MC even says "what have i done?" he regrets it. it was not a good outlet for him and honestly it might even affect his relationship with Nicole negatively in the future. if you pick the no option, you even gain 2 heart points with Nicole because she appreciates that you care for her. this was the choice i picked and is the choice i will keep in my playthrough.
(also if the dev sees this please know i thought the scene was masterfully written and thought out, and i loved the emotional weight to it. i hope i don't encourage people to skip the scene because it is a really good one, i just think there's more than meets the eye with Nicole and MC's relationship and that this scene specifically is a no for my MC)
