I have done a little research on the error, and the first thing that came up for me was someone mentioning that it can be a result of your Windows UI being set to something aside from 100%.
To try and see if this works, go to your Windows settings > System > Display > Set Display Scale to 100%, if it isn't already.
Here are some other things you can try:
-Make sure your GPU drivers are up-to-date.
-Clean install your GPU Driver.
-Make sure DirectX is installed.
-Disable any overlays you may have enabled.
-Make sure antivirus isn't blocking anything.
There are other methods if you google search your error, but these are a few I can find. If you need any further help, I will try some more research, but these should be a good place to start.
