Concept is nice! Music is funky in a cool way! I like the idea. I think adding a restart button would be a nice idea. As usual, I’m not really into puzzle games, but I find this one cool. But I’m stuck here. I think about the idea of optimizing movement for every character but still don’t get the right way to do that. But overall, I like it!

Ok yeah on this screen, since it's too long to do a round-trip around the columns with each ingredient, you have to put the ingredients on the table in the middle of the screen. Then the next player can grab them directly and compose the burger.
Totally agreeing about the need for level reset button!
