I like the troll aspect of the game. the music goes well with the game. the levels don't feel like you are starting at the end, partially due to the fact that it is clear that if you were to do the level from "start to end" it wouldn't be possible. There is also some blind areas. like the very first area where you have to fall down and just hope you don't land on spikes.

it is a good starting place and having level design being your main problem can be quite good as it is alot easier to get good at making levels than it may be to code or invision your idea and what you want. If you do end up updating the levels, I'd recommend having a flag or something at the start (maybe even a door) to denote the end of the level and something like a sign with an arrow for the end to denote the start. Subtle things like that could help with the illusion
