I can't leave the farm, it tells me to talk to Hannah, but when I do that and try to leave, it restarts the same dialogue as before

If I understand correctly at what point this happens, then try to finish chopping wood in front of the barn. If I made a mistake, please describe it in more detail. At what point does this happen, a screenshot of the quest book, etc.

I'm having the same issue, it happens right after the NSFW scene where Grey dresses up like a cat.

The quest log says "romantic line to be continued in the next updates!"

the quest "Valuable Worker" is listed as complete.

If you would like a complete set of screenshots or a copy of the save please let me know.

Please, tell chain of action, what did you do before that error? And you can send me your saves on email kitmatros1111@gmail.com, better in form of folder, if you use pc, but you can and .json file
