It’s up to you. To me personally (PotatoGameDev) it’s ok, as long as you are clear about it:) If you decide to submit, write it down in the transparency note and the people will judge you by that. You might not win, because one of criteria is “Jam authenticity”, so people will give you zeros for making everything before the jam. This jam is mainly for fun and support of the movement, so I wouldn’t overthink it. If the community disagrees, please share your opinion!

I appreciate the fast response! Really not wanting to win anything or compete against anyone with an unfair advantage so I've no problem adding a transparency note. Just liked the jam, theme fit, finally gave me a push to share what I've been working on. But I don't want to look like I'm taking advantage of anything and am the master of overthinking :)
