I was supposed to build a bom,b and the game froze on me

When you were told to build it, where did you go? The lab? Can I get more details?
I went to the lab first I went to Dr. Janet's lab then I went to the room accross from it
And then what happened? A cutscene is supposed to show.
no cut scene and it just froze

still does shows a breif cut scene of mc talking and then i can't do anything
