1. Brazil nuts overdose while watching 67 AI slop sounds awful.
2. That's a pretty good idea, actually. Could definitely work as a short movie. Something with a concept like "where were you when he was being slowly killed?". 7 days would be too long for a graduation project presentation, however, plus there's not much work for the students to do apart from getting a hydraulic press and a strong, transparent platform to be under all this.
Understandable, there's an Android version tho and you can play it online on the website itself so give the spin off The Puppeteer: Lamentation a go :)
I wrote the dialogue during my final engineering college year when we were working on a graduation project so it was indeed very relatable.
Your device sounds really interesting but, like the deli slicer thing, there's not much work involved so the judges wouldn't like that. But you know what? This would be an excellent game concept on its own where you're in an office of a dystopian world sitting in a cubicle among tens of cubicles, forcibly enduring the 9to5er. You get easy tasks that eventually get more difficult until they're practically impossible and you just watch yourself get practically peeled to death with the screen turning redder and redder until it's completely red and the game ends.
Hmmmm maybe with a ps1 style orrr 2.5 billboarding, something like that which would be distinct.
Something like that can probably be done using Godot which is not as complicated as Unity.
And for the name? Hmmm maybe something ominous like "As life peels away" or something.
Note, if you wanna include a spoiler then say like SPOILERS AHEAD then go down by a few lines like
That.
Anyway, the parents? They know. You don't receive an invitation in the mail or by an owl, you enroll in it through the right connections. Nobody can do anything. It's a powerful, ancient school that's spread around the world with many secret branches. Destroying it is probably not possible, but a sequel? It's possible. Centered on James? In a way.
