Like Pizza said, the lack of collisions is a problem. In my playthrough, when told to run, there was no apparent danger in the scene. I don't know if I was looking in the right direction, but some audio cue or another visual aid might be good. Otherwise, this game only really suffers in the technical aspects, but has potential to be built into a cool idea I'm sure. Keep going, don't be afraid to get help from the community, and if you think your engine may be holding you back, it might be good to explore other options like Unity. Good job 👍

Last jam was with unity. This time i made it in cpp with raylib. Like i said. I forgot to reenable map collisions and didnt at collisions to objects bc i dosnt have to. If you want ill see if i can fix the bugs in the future

That's interesting, I've never heard of raylib. Seems like a very raw way of doing it. I commend that. My concern with the collisions was, aside from breaking the illusion, they contain the player within your narrative you want to tell. Sounds like you're on top of it though. I look forward to seeing what you make in the future 🙌
