Yeah, that’s cool you don’t like the combat. It probably isn’t very good compared to other rpg maker games either… at least not yet,
Yeah the whole idea is that you swap members around so you use all 7 dudes. I thought I’d make it similar to Pokémon where you have to swap members around to match weaknesses and stuff, and to offset your dudes dying or getting disabled by status effects.
As for the story, yeah it’s probably a bit rough, on account of it being a first draft. The hard drive the first version was on, which was a lot better cause I did several drafts on, got stolen and I lost a lot of my game dev projects. So I had to start all over again, and I’ll admit I kinda half assed this one, on account of being frustrated by losing it.
