The phone one is a bug unfortunately but has been fixed in later versions.

As for the phone deck, try clicking on the 'update old save' in the in-game phone setting and see if that helps?

Hi i already tried it after out first message abt it it does not seem to work.

Would this be solved when we get 0.14?

Maybe updating then would work.

possibly, it's an usual bug that I kinda need to know what has been done prior to it happening (the deck manager one).
The phone app will definitely work.

Would sharing the entire bug report help?

I would need another means of contacting you cause its more words than the comment section allows.

Yeah perhaps. It's possible but it's most likely due to something happening a few steps ago or even things that the game won't really tend to.

My only suggestion now is to reload back to a previous save file where the deck manager DID work and just continue from there

Well sadly i am already upto level 19 now and have romanced everyone so such an old save is not available unless i start for skratch.

Oh, I suggest in the future to make multiple saves as you play. The game provides 10 pages of save files and this game IS still in development so bugs like this occur and backups are a life saver
