possibly, it's an usual bug that I kinda need to know what has been done prior to it happening (the deck manager one). The phone app will definitely work.
Oh, I suggest in the future to make multiple saves as you play. The game provides 10 pages of save files and this game IS still in development so bugs like this occur and backups are a life saver
