I published my first ever game on Itch Io on 25th June, 2025

Info on the game:

Locked Together

It is a solo adventure android game where the player has to perform parkour and clear obstacle courses in order to escape hell. (Yes its basically just chained together but Single Player and for android).

Engine: Unity

Platform: Android

I have made sure to follow all the quality guidelines.

I made sure to update meta data.

I added a banner image.

The page itself has been designed to look presentable to the best of my ability.

It has been 12 days now since the game has been published. And the game is still quarantined.

Is there anything else I need to do in order to get my game un quarantined?

Help would be much appreciated

This unofficial FAQ explains what you can try to do if it takes much longer.

I have shared the link to the game page around to my friends. How much traffic does it need to get noticed?

I don't think there's a fixed number. It's just one aspect.

Your game is on a waiting list of quarantined games. Staff will check out each of those games eventually. They need to check if it is a malicious project. And believe me, there is a ton of them uploaded every day. Actual bad things. Viruses and scams. Staff has a lot to do.

Having traffic on that project might give that project priority. But other projects also have traffic.

So all I can do is wait?

...For now, yes. If it takes too long, the rules of this category suggest what else to try, as explained in the FAQ I asked you to read.
