Played through it, it's oozing with charms, beautiful artworks.
- The cat is a bit tanky?
- KB bindings are kinda awkward, but it might be a given due to the type of game.
- Pulling off melee combos is really fun.
- The art is excellent, but I feel because everything is high in saturation, the VFX of projectiles (not the cat, the sword swing projectile is great) is kinda hard to see as it blends in with the environment, not a big deal now, but as game progress with more things happening it could be annoying.
- The music is great.
- Boss fight is cool, but... I feel what's the point of teaching all the cool melee stuffs and encouraging it, then for the boss you should just stay afar and shoot, because it won't stun easily, getting close to it and you will get punished by its big ass swings.
the purple enemies have higher hp as they are used to nudge the player to use melee attacks on them, since melee attacks deal the highest damage and gun does little damage
Appreciate the feedback on the colors, will definitely tweak it. you can stun boss on a specific attack, or dodge his tongue and get a few hits in while the animation plays. Though i agree maybe there could be something more to help with the player doing melee attacks

Wow, this is really really good. The animations, the sound, the gameplay, everything is very high quality and fun. With just a few polish changes, and then a couple levels of content, I can see this being a huge hit. Keep it up! This is great stuff. I really have nothing to criticize other then I want more!
I played through the entire demo, I liked it a lot. Really solid art style and nice music, the gameplay is pretty good. Simple but a nice variety of combat options. It's not the biggest deal but there was this one section where the platforms blended in with the background a little too much. In the boss where it was telling me to button mash, it wasn't exactly clear which button it wanted me to press while playing on keyboard. Keep up the good work! :)

Kinda wish there was a window options.
(Also think there's no "quit game to desktop" option either).
Game has cute art direction and personality.
Being able to lock the character with a "aim" option is clever.
But I think the game's descriptions of the controls are outdated unlike the ones I saw in the itch page.
Love how the combo attacks can make enemies bounce against each other.
Though the mummy girls with swords seem to have a lot of health.
Also think I saw a bug where my projectiles came from above me instead of my gun.
Cute game, barely payed attention to Demo Day except for this I guess.

Finished the demo, lovely everything. Very nice music, extremely good style and animations. No complaints.

we tried to modify the color hue so that the platforms would pop out more and darken the background, but we will rework the colors
