Congratulations on your first release - and with such a masterfully assembled visual novel! I was immediately impressed with the PC-98 + 90s' retro anime look, on both the characters and the rest of the visuals. It shows a lot of personality - down to things as subtle as the static-ey effect on the splash screen.

Of course, the writing itself does a lot for the theme and more! The main theme with Miko & Saki got a lot of love put into its writing. The calm music does excellent work to accent the story. I can tell that a lot of good research also went into the many other details in the story.

Overall, this was an excellent use of theme - and excellent execution all around. This is easily a favorite of mine, so thank you for making this visual novel!

Congratz on your first game published 🎊🥳 (I read the readme hahaha)

Sadly I don't have many things to say TT_TT I liked it, and the explanation Miko gives Saki sort of felt close to home but with taoism hahaha.

My Favorite Part: Maybe what Miko said... although the classic 90s art is also gorgeous!!!

"Let's give 'em something good to remember, this time."
Well, would be really wrong to say this is not memorable, indeed.
I am just amazed at the combination of the audio-visual presentation and the writing.

Especially the writing. It feels very researched, or knowledgeable, in Buddhism and Taoism theology -

while giving strong and nuanced characterization to the characters, even the non-main ones who appear briefly. That's how this reunion story feels so genuine.

"How would a Saki Miko reunion go?" Is a question that I think a lot of Touhou fans ask themselves, but for some reason, it had never occurred to me how it's perfect framing for a Pride Jam story. Exploring how Saki would react to Miko's transformation through a trans lens was really cool. I also especially liked the idea of Byakuren being a sort of "wing-girl' for Miko. Just the idea of them being able to go to each other for advice is a cool take on their relationship. The writing also paired really well with some fantastic presentation. Great job all around.

I love that artstyle! I think retro is what it would be called? It's very well done.  Also, the dynamics between the characters were great, it was fun watching them interact.

This was such a lovely story! I enjoyed everyone's interactions, they felt true to the characters. I would have loved to have more dialogue options than the one time, but I understand that it's hard to make a story flow with too many of those.

I loved the art and sound design; the music was lovely and the sfx made the game feel that much more immersive. :)
