What is the best way to beat the Fairy's?
Cast invisibility on yourself in buff screen & summon undead, rats or demons. During combat, don't attack (you can heal) and have the fairies waste mana on your summons. Then finish them off with spells that always hit.
Drain mana and mana shield are also good.

The teddy bear is half way between the city and the flesh golem. You'll get a map marker.
To get the cultists, just do the main story there and the maze.
