I don't do anything crazy. Start game -> Normal difficulty -> Create probe -> Send probe on first expedition (Reach the Lagrangien) -> Complete it -> Go to send one of "First Orbit of Galduen" -> Not enough orbit, can't select -> Go to research -> Select "Atmos probe" -> I can queue it, but no progress -> Stuck
