Hey, what is specifically?)

The most obvious one is the Knowledge, which will be very high in a small level, and probably make any hacking too easy, so you won't be able to use it as a dramatic plot point often. Although I haven't used it yet, some of the skills seem too powerful, such as using two Apps per round. Those will be probably fine if you play solo or just with a player and a GM (which was probably your intention from the beginning), but since I play with three players I instantly thought how that would work in a group.

Man +4 on Knowledge roll is not overpowered) you can easily roll 1,2,3+4. And CB is a d20 system, with standart DR of 12, even with +4, it's not going to be "too easy")

People played this class at my games, i've played it myself a few times, and it did not break the game)

By far the most powerful thing is the "Quickhacks" talent, but again, it's not Dnd, hacking is far from automatic and if are using the "standart" method, the person who plays the class, still has to roll and get that talent, they might get something else)

I have much more busted classes)

Wait, just in case, you realise that "Roll 3d6+4 for Knowledge" means the initial roll to determine the ability and it's score, when you create your character? It's NOT for when you actually use Knowledge in the game.

Oh oops, you're right! I read that somewhat late at night and got confused. In that case it's all good 👍

No worries)
