Yeah well I am trying to do some new things. Honestly for me the biggest pull is the potential to have some crazy diversity in multiplayer games, including the option to completely randomize what units (Coven) are on the map; but that is hard to convey of course and also not what everyone is interested in.

The map repeats infinitely at the edges (depending on game mode), this is represented by showing two differently coloured frames on the minimap, as every point of the (isometric) map will be present on the (square) minimap twice.
