Really excited to see how this will be developed further! Such an addictive gameplay already...

  1. Didn't find any obvious bugs yet, but you can still move the ball after level is completed so if you fall after completion it restarts the level, though you still have the interface with the button to go through to the next one :)
  2. I think you can make some "ground rules" for the game to help player to feel what can be made picture off - for example allow to make snaps only of solid black objects and never allow snaps of red objects. You can also introduce "eraser" that removes area from the camera view port. I think might be cool for puzzles. Another thing I could think of - rotate the camera so you can snap horizontal plank and make it vertical. Or to add camera "filters" to make picture of the line curved or reshape it in any way (like a wave for example)
  3. From the very beginning the UI is so inviting and makes you really want to play this one! I really liked the vibe :)
  4. I think you don't really need to click on camera to drag it - you can attach it to follow cursor all the time since the red ball is controlled by WASD

This game feels like it has so much potential, great work!

Thanks a lot for the feedback!

Adding filters is a cool idea, will have to explore it.

Ground rule is only black lines can be captured. But i will break the tutorial more so that this is clear

Eraser is also something i didnt think of.

Rotation i have purposefully left out, i will include lines of different orientations if they become absolutely necessary to clear the level

I added the camera button so that player can get a clean look at the level and also so that the camera does not follow when trying to click UI buttons. But it seems like unless a line is clicked there is no way to dismiss the camera. So will need to fix that!

Just thought of one more thing - apart from filters you can also add zoom.

In general I think there's a lot you can make from the camera mechanics

zoom is something i have been thinking too. Using the mouse scroll. I was just thinking how to make this mobile compatible. Guess i will just drop the idea and stick to desktop
