Thanks for creating a post like this, because it takes courage just to recognize something like this is happening to you, and even more to share it with others.

My recommendation would be to spend some time out in nature if you can, a walk/bike path, a park, your yard if you have one, it doesn't matter where. Stand in the grass without any shoes on, feel the sun's warmth shining on your face, and notice how you breathe.

If you can do that for 15 minutes a day, great, even more, so much the better. It sounds strange, and I'm no doctor, but you should feel a general improvement in your body just by doing something simple like this. It will be particularly effective if you've been stuck indoors a lot recently.

Release your burdens you've been carrying for so long. The game can wait, your health takes priority.

Yes, it is a good initiative to include in my routine. I hardly go out once a month, because I feel too tired to do extra activities, but maybe a little bit of walking will help me. Thank u <3
