That's an old bug I thought I had fixed. It's fixed now. The options disappear when the sex machine is being controlled by a LustCast stream. Let me know if it happens when you're not streaming.
I'm seeing the same issue when not streaming; sex machine moved to the middle of the rug and clipped through the character when I toggled it off. Tried flipping it on and off again and that didn't seem to help either (although it did snap back to the active point when it was turned on).
