I know you're working on Master Mode now, but figured just in case it's not on your list of bugs to address: if any of the four sissy challenges under No Going Back are still in progress, then they all show the correct completion status, but it looks like once all 4 are completed it flips them all to red.

I'm seeing the same issue when not streaming; sex machine moved to the middle of the rug and clipped through the character when I toggled it off. Tried flipping it on and off again and that didn't seem to help either (although it did snap back to the active point when it was turned on).
